Lanier Equestrian Volunteer Voucher

As of January 1, 2003, it will become a requirement to volunteer 6 hours in the competition year in order for a competitor to qualify for a year-end award. This form should be signed by a show secretary or official each time you volunteer. All LEA recognized shows or functions are eligible. When completed, please mail to:
